Add- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste and 1 bay leaf and simmer 30 minutes.
1 6 oz. pkg medium egg noodles, cooked and drained. Add-
1 cup sour cream & 6 chopped green onions - stir and spread in lightly greased 9 X 13 pan. Top with meat mixture, then sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of grated cheese of each kind-
sharp Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese Bake, covered with aluminum foil, at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover casserole, and bake 5 more minutes. (May substitute low-fat or fat-free sour cream and 2percent reduced-fat Cheddar and reduced cheeses to ½ cup each to lighten this
casserole.)
