In shallow bowl, combine crumbs, Parmesan, parsley flakes and seasonings.
Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
Sprinkle with cheese and roll starting at shortest side, roll tightly to opposite side.
Roll and stretch into 6in. strips. I don’t do this. Combine butter and smoke flavoring. Dip stick in butter then coat with crumb mix. Bake at 375 for about 12-15 min. Can be made up 2 hours before baking.
