     GREATEST HOMEMADE MASH POTATOES

Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   10

Ingredients
1 bag of potatoes (your choice) I prefer red ones
Sour cream
Butter
cream cheese
garlic seasoning salt
(add extra spices if you like)

Instructions
Cook potatoes, I do not peel the potatoes. You can but I think the skin gives it extra flavor. Cook the potatoes thoroughly until you can break them in half with a fork. Next drain potatoes in strainer, and then mash them all up.
Once potatoes are mashed up then add sour cream, butter, and cream cheese. (Use enough of each equally to make it creamy like.)It depends on how many potatoes you are cooking, and that will change the serving size. I use the whole bag, so I use about 2 cups of sour cream, butter, and cream cheese.
Once all ingredients are added, next whip together, and make sure it is all blended well together. Next add the seasonings, garlic salt, whatever you choose, then mix it all together.
Once added together, and creamy almost puffy looking, transfer to a serving dish, and heat up when ready to eat.
Serving Suggestions
5-10(depends how many potatoes you cook)
