Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush flatbread with oil; place on baking
sheet. Bake until lightly browned, about 7-8 minutes. Spread
2-3 T salsa over each toasted bread. Sprinkle 1/4 c cheese over
each. Top with meat and remaining cheese. Bake until cheese
melts, about 4-5 minutes. Cut into serving size pieces. Top
with lettuce, tomato, salsa, and sour cream.
