1/3 cup roasted red pepper Italian w/parmesan dressing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine tomatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, basil and stuffing; stir until moistened. Place 2 chicken in freezer bag. Pound until chicken is 1/4 inch thick.
Place chicken top sides down adn evenly spread with stuffing. Roll up and place seams down in 13x9 dish and drizzle with dressing.
Bake 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake add'l 5 minutes.
