Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in a small pan.
Stir and cook on high for 5 minutes until sauce thickens to a syrup.

Cut tenderloins in half so it opens like a book. Do not cut all the
way through. Spray all sides with vegetable spray.
|
|
|
Grill for 5 minutes. Turn and spoon half the glaze on the cooked
side. Grill 5 more minutes. Cook until thermometer reaches 160.

|
|
Remove from grill and spoon remaining glaze on the unglazed side.
