if dough is difficult to roll, cover with plastic wrap and let stand 30 minutes
Heat oven to 350 F. Flatten dough unlightly floured surface. Roll into 12x8 rectangle with rolling pin. Top with ham. Mix cheese and dressing; spread over ham.
Moisten edges of dough with water. Starting at one long side, fold 1/3 of dough over filling; repeat with other long side. Pinch seams together to seal. Place seam side is down on greased sheet.
Cut into diagonal slits. Brush with egg and sprinkle cheese. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
