Instructions |

|
Mix the cheese, yolks, salt, and vanilla sugar.
|
|
|
In a separate bowl, Beat the whites and gradually add the sugar forming a snow.
|
|
|
Add the snow to the yolk mixture and mix to combine both batters very well. Let stand for 20 minutes
|
|
|
Heat oil in frying pan, drop big tablespoons of batter into pan. Fry until golden on both sides.
