     Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Crisco
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/4 cups Sifted flour
1 tbsp. Hot water
 
Instructions
Cream together ingreadients.
Roll mixture into balls (1-2inch)Place on ungreased baking tray. Dip fork in granulated sugar, then press on the cookie dough.
Bake for 6-10 minutes at 350.
