In a skillet with a dash of olive oil, brown the meat on both sides. Transfer to a crock pot and sprinkle with 3 shakes each of onoin powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on high in the crock pot for about 3-4 hours, or until tender (separtes with a fork).
