Mix eggs with sugar, add butter and bananas. Add dry ingredients and buttermilk. Add vanilla.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Recipe did not say what type pan to use; but at this degree and time it was probably for 8-9 inch cake pans. Need to adjust time for tube pan or 9 x 13 baking pan.
Icing- Mix all of ingredients and spread over warm cake.
