     Sundried Tomato Cheese Spread

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   Gameday-Tailgate
Servings   Party
Preptime   20 minutes

Ingredients
2 lb. Jar of Sun-Dried Tomatoes in olive oil & herbs (Bella Sun Luci)
2 lb. Container of Pitted Kalamata Olives....be sure to rinse first to reduce salt
2 (11 oz.) tubes of Goat Cheese
6-10 cloves of minced garlic...or as much as you like
1 cup of fresh Basil or I have used 1 cup of pesto and it was fine.

Instructions
Blend well in your food processor and store in your refrigerator. You may have to blend in batches because it makes a lot. It's best to fix the day before so flavors have time to enhance. Serve on toasted french bread if you don't have time to make the Cayenne Toast. It will be the hit of the party!
Serving Suggestions
For a crowd I use these ingredients but for 6-8 people I usually cut it in half. ( I usually buy the ingredients at Costco because it's cheaper)
