     Italian Sausage Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients
1 (19 oz.) package Bob Evans Italian Sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
8 oz. fettuccini
1 (16 oz.) jar Alfredo pasta sauce
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
 

Instructions
In large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels and return to pan. Meanwhile, cook fettuccini according to package directions. Drain and set aside. When sausage is cooked, add Alfredo sauce, peas and carrots. Cook until vegetables are hot. Serve sauce over fettuccini. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
