16 oz. bag penne pasta

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

1 tbsp. Adams Reserve Southwest Ancho
|
|
1 tbsp. olive oil
|
|
1 jar Robert Reserve Southwest Dip
|
|
1/2 cup half and half
|
|
1/2 cup chicken stock or broth
|

Instructions |

|
Cook pasta according to package.
|
|
|
Preheat medium saute pan. Season chicken, place oil in pan. Cook
chicken for 10-15 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and chop
into pieces.

Add dip, stock and cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss together
and serve hot.
