     JELLY TRIFLE

Ingredients
1 box boysenberry jelly
2c boiling water
1 trifle sponge
2 small cans tin fruit
Whipped cream
Extra jelly crystals for decorating
 

Instructions
Dissolve jelly crystals in boiling water, and set aside
Drain fruit and place in a bowl. Place sponge cake pieces on the fruit, and pour cooled jelly over
Put in the fridge for at least 30mins, or until set.
Top with whipped cream and jelly crystals
Serving Suggestions
Choc sprinkles, strawberries, boysenberries can be used for decorating
