1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon salt
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Cooking Oil

Stir to combine thoroughly the first five ingredients.
Add eggs, milk, and oil.
Beat just til smooth. (donít over beat )
Bake in greased baking pan at 425 degrees for 20 Ė25 mins.
