     Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 C. cooked rice
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 C Jack cheese
1 1/2 C Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. onions
1 C. Salsa
1 can refried beans
 

Instructions
Cook chicken, cool and cut into bite sized pieces. In a bowl combine cheeses. In another bowl combine soups, onion, salsa and refried beans.
Layer 1/2 rice, 1/2 Chicken 1/2 cheese, 1/2 soup mixture. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Stir to mix slightly. Bake at 340 degrees for 40 minutes.
