     Spicy Meatballs with Sesame Dip

Ingredients
For Sesame Dip
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons dark sesame oil
1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 scallon, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
For Spicy Meatballs
2 lbs. ground beef 90%
 
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
2 Tablespoons paprika
2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tablespoons olive oil for frying

Instructions
Whisk all ingredients to make sesame dip, and set aside.
Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl. roll mixture into small balls.
Heat oil in skillet and cook meatballs in batches over medium heat for five minutes or until firm and cooked through.
Serve warm with sesame dip.
