450g mushrooms, sliced or whole

1tbsp butter

3/4c cream

Grated danbo cheese

Instructions |

|
|
Roast chicken at 160C, until tender. Separate into
serving pieces in oven dish
|
|
|
|
Make a white sauce (about 2c or more depending on
amount of chicken)
|
|
|
|
Fry mushrooms in butter and add to sauce with salt,
paprika and cream
|
|
|
|
Pour over chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Brown under grill and serve hot
|
