     Lemonade Cake

Ingredients
1 box white cake mix
1 small package lemon gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 small can frozen lemonade
2/3 cup sugar
 

Instructions
Mix gelatin in boiling water and set aside to cool. Put cake mix in bowl and add oil and eggs. Mix well. Add the gelatin liquid to the cake batter. It is not necessary that this mixture be completely col.
Oil a tube pan well. Cut a piece of wax paper to fit the bottom of the pan, oil it well after placing it in the pan. Bake the cake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
Transfer the cake to a platter while it is still warm. Mix the lemonade and sugar. Spoon this mixtures over the top of the cake and let run slowly down the sides of the cake.
I have also used a 9 x 13 pan and just put the lemonade mixture over the top. It is much easier and you seem to get more of the lemonade flavor.
