     SEAFOOD COCKTAIL

Ingredients
2c seafood (prawns, shrimps, crab, oysters & crayfish, mixed in any combination or singly)
1c cream, slightly whipped
1/4c tomato puree, or tomato sauce
1/2tsp horse radish prepared (optional)
1/2tsp lemon juice
Dash tobasco (optional)
Parsley, for garnishing
Lemon, for garnishing
 

Instructions
Chill seafood
Make sauce by combining cream, tomato puree or sauce, salt, lemon juice, horse radish, tobasco and parsley. Chill in a covered jar
Arrange seafood in cocktail glasses. Gently spoon over sauce, garnish with a little parsley and lemon
Serving Suggestions
Shredded lettuce may be placed in base of glass if desired
