     Chocolate Layer Pudding Cake

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. nuts
8 oz creem cheese room temp
1 c. powdered sugar
Lg. carton cool whip
Lg. vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. chocolate instant pudding
4 c. milk
Hersey bar

Mix 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. butter and 2/3 c. nuts. Put in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Do not overbake.
Mix 8 oz cream cheese and 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 c. cool whip. Spread over first layer.
Beat together milk, vanilla and chocolate pudding until thick and pour over 2nd layer.
Top with leftover coolwhip(9 ounces) Cool and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Grate Hershey bar and/or nuts on top.
