Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
2 T Soy Sauce
1 T Fresh Ginger (jarred is good)
1 Clove Garlic (1 T jarred is OK)
1 t Lemon Pepper
1/2 t dill (optional) or rosemary (optional)
1 or 2 T Jack Daniels (optional)
1 lb or so Salmon cut into quarters

Instructions
Mix maple syrup, ginger, garlic, lemon pepper dill and Jack.
Place mixture in baking dish and add Salmon skin side up... marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Grill skin side up until almost done and turn for a few so the skin will remove easily or turn Salmon in your baking dish skin side down and bake uncovered for 15 minutes...
Garnish with scallions or lemon slices and sesame seed(optional) Serve with rice or fettuccine with Alfredo adding some of the leftover marinate...or however you like your rice or fettuccine... This recipe also works well with chicken or snapper.
