     Sweet & Sour Pork Chops

Ingredients
4-5 pork chops
3/4 lb. brown sugar
salt & pepper to taste
12 oz bottle Heinz Ketchup
4-5 lemons
 
Instructions
Line baking dish with meat. cover with brown sugar. Salt & Pepper to taste. Slice lemons and cover pork chops.
Pour ketchup in bowl, a bottle of water, mix well & pour over pork chops.
Cover with foil bake at 350 degrees F for about 3 hours.
