Instructions |

in dutch oven, cook beef, bell pepper and onion over med hat 8-10 min. stiring occasionally, until beef is cooked; drain.

stir in remaining ingredients, heat to boil reduce heat. simmer uncovered 10-12 min. until pasta is tender.
