take turkey breast out of wrapping and netting, rinse under cold water. place turkey breast in crockpot; add onion, thyme, garlic salt & pepper, wine, honey, and mushrroms w/ soaking liquid. cover and cook on low for 8 hours. during the last 30 min pour liquid into a container to skim excess,and return broth to pot, stir cornstarch mixture in and whisk until smooth.
