     Breakfast Blueberry Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1 pound of dried french bread (or cinnamon raisin)
4 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp each vanilla, cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 c milk
4 TBSP cream cheese
1 c blueberries
4 tsp butter
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla & spices. Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes, add to egg mixture.
Place 1/2 of bread mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Cover with blueberries & cream cheese. Cover with remaining bread mixture.
Bake until pudding is browned & set, about 45 minutes.
