Cut up two boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1 inch or smaller squares. Line the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish with the chicken. Add 1 bag of thawed veggies of your choice. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 small container of sour cream. Mix all of this together in the baking pan. Cover mixture with the stuffing, put in the oven for 30 minutes.
