Layer 1- Mix flour, butter and nuts together. Spread in 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes. Cool.
Layer 2- Cream powered sugar, cream cheese and cool whip together. Spread over first layer
Layer 3- Spread chocolate pudding over 2nd layer.
layer 4- Spread cool whip over third layer and sprinkle with chopped nuts
