1 (each), red, green and yellow pepper, coarsley chopped
1 jar Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce or 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 cups shredded Italian Mozzarella-Parmesan Cheese blend
1/4 cup Grate-it-fresh Natural Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, cook sausage according to package directions.
In large skillet heat oil until hot. Add garlic, saute 30 seconds or until golden. Add peppers; saute for 4 minutes or until crisp-ender. Cut sausage into 1/4 inch coin slices, add to skillet, stir in Pasta sauce , heat through.
Add pasta and shredded cheese; mix well.
Top with Parmesan and parsley.
Serve with Garlic bread or toast.
