4 eggs
1 and 1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups shredded carrots
1 cup chopped pecans

Cream oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs. combine dry ingredients and add to butter mix, add carrots and pecans.
Bake in a greased 9x13 pan for 40 to 50 minutes
Frost with cream cheese frosting .
