1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
12 wooden skewers (6 inch), soaked in water
1 cup fresh parsley sprigs
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/2 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
PLACE meat and dressing in large sealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn to evenly coat meat with dressing. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Thread meat evenly onto skewers. Place on rack of broiler pan.
BROIL 4 inches from heat for 7 to 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning after 4 minutes.
MEANWHILE, place remaining ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed 3 minutes. Serve with meat skewers.
