Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pray a 9x13 pan with
cooking spray. Spread chicken in the bottom of the
baking pan. Sprinkle with 2 t. taco seasoning and 1
t. garlic powder. Top with onion and bell pepper.

Place 1 c. Mexican cheese in a large microwave safe
bowl. Add sour cream, cream cheese, remaining 2 t.
taco seasoning and 1 t. garlic powder. Microwave for
1 minutes or until cream cheese has softened/melted.
Mix all until smooth and uniform.

Add dices tomatoes with green chilies to the bowl
and stir well. Transfer to the baking pan and smooth
out the top. Cover with foil and bake for 40
minutes. Remove foil and top with remaining 1 c. of
Mexican cheese. Bake until cheese has melted and
chicken is cooked through (about 10-20 minutes).
