CrockPot Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients

	1 Small onion
	1 Bag of potatoes hash-browns
	1 Box of chicken broth
	1 8 oz. Package of cream cheese
	1 Can of condensed cream of chicken soup
	Potato flakes (If needed- i never need it)
	Cheddar cheese
	Frozen Broccoli


Instructions


Finely chop onion. Mix onion, frozen potatoes, chicken broth, cream cheese, and condensed cream of chicken soup in ceramic crock pot.


Cook in crockpot for 5-6 hours on high or 8 hours low. Last hour microwave broccoli and add to soup to cook.


Before serving add potato flakes to thicken, salt and pepper. Top with cheddar cheese & bacon bits.




Serving Suggestions

Serve in bread bowl or with a side of warm bread
