8 long red - not a lot of heat but adds deep red color
4 Mexican red - dried
1/4 C. white vinegar
3 round TBL.Sugar
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. salt
For added kick - be careful
4 dried ghost chilis
Instructions
In a food processor grind all the chilis with seeds until slightly chunky.
Transfer to a heated frying pan and add sugar, salt. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add cut up garlic, cook for 5 more minutes.
Add vinegar, heat through stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and transfer back to your food processor. Process until not quite fine.

Suggestions
Very hot, a little goes a long way.. Serve as any condiment..
