IN a deep pan, place 6 large Italian Hot Sausage links and cover with water to cook at medium heat. When the water boils away, fry sausage until browned. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.

Without cleaning the pan, pour 1/2 -3/4 C of water in the pan and stir. Add tomatoes, chopped onion and garlic, heat at medium low heat until onions are cooked through.

Add mushrooms and Parsley, heat through.
Add Cayenne powder.
Slice sausage into thin rounds and add.
|

|
Boil water to cook pasta, add Olive oil and a dash of salt. Add a handful of pasta snapped in half and cook until done. Drain, add Parmesan/Romano mix and stir. Add to tomato - sausage mix and cook for 20 minutes on low.
