     Baked Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix
1/2 - 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Kosher Sea Salt
1 tsp Old Bays Seasoning
20 Chicken Wings
2 eggs
1/4 cup Milk (optional)
1/2 cup Hot Sauce (i.e. Frank's RedHot)
1/2 cup melted butter
 

Instructions
Add flour, salt, cayenne and Old Bays in a large resealable bag. Close and mix well.
Coat each wing in whisked egg (and milk if used) and add to flour mixture. Once all wings are in the flour, close the bag and make sure the flour coats each wing. Place wings in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to make sure the coating sets up.
Cook wings on parchment paper covered cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Flip wings half way through cooking time.
Mix hot sauce and melted butter for dipping.
Serving Suggestions
You can also dip the wings in the hot sauce mix prior to baking but family members and guests tend to like to use several dipping sauces after baking.
