1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
|

2 T. seasoned bread crumbs
|
|
1 T. Parmesan cheese
|

1/4 t. salt
|
|
Dash pepper
|

2 t. canola oil

1/4 C. chopped onion
|

1 clove garlic, minced
|

Instructions |

|
Cut pork into 4 slices; flatten to 1/4 inch thickness. In a large resealable bag, combine the next 4 ingredients. Add pork, shake to coat.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook pork in oil for 2-3 min. on each side or until meat is no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.

|
Add onion to the pan; cook and stir until tender. Add garlic, cook 1 min. serve with pork.
