1 roast (we used the Burgundy Pepper Spoon Roast from Festival)
1 bottle bbq sauce (we used Sweet Baby Rays Original)
1 can Coca Cola
2 red onions, wedged
Place meat in crockpot. Add onions. Combine Coke and bbq sauce. Pour over meat. Turn crockpot on low. We cooked it until it was about 145 degrees in the center (It will cook another 5-10 degrees after you take it out of the crockpot).
