     Breakfast crepes

  Milk or orange juice

All-purpose flour- 350 ml
4 eggs
milk- 375 ml
Vanilla- teaspoon
Fresh fuits-1 cup
Chocolat chip (optional)

Put the flour in a mixing bowl.Make a well in the flour and break the eggs in it. Add the milk and, later, the Vanilla.
Using a whisk, or in a food processor, beat the mixture well.
Melt a small piece of butter (or olive oil)in a hot skillet.Using a ladle, pour a small amount of batter on the pan while swirling it to distribute the batter.
Let it cook until golden brown (it will take only a few seconds), then turn the crepe and cook the other side the same way. Add fresh fruits or chocolat chips and transfer to a plate!
Serving Suggestions
Crepes are usually eaten for breakfast with fillings- chocolate chips, fruit, etc.
