1 cup (375 ml) of white flour
1 tea spoon (5 ml) of baking powder
tea spoon (2 ml) of salt
cup (125 ml) of vegetable fat
1 cup (250 ml) of sugar
2 eggs
Lemon zest
cup (125 ml) of milk

Preheat the oven at 350F (180C) and in a bowl, mix the white flour, the baking powder and the salt. Keep these ingredients dry.
In another bowl, undo the fat in cream. Add the sugar slowly and beat after each added sugar. Add the eggs in the mixture and beat well. Add the lemon zest and incorporate gradually the ingredients dry in alternating with the milk.
Pour the mixture in a mould at greased loaf. Cook at 350F (180C) during 50 at 60 minutes until a toothpick insert in the bread stand out dry.
During this time, mix the lemon juice and the sugar. Spread in the bread soon his exit in the oven.Let cool during 10 minutes before of unmold on a plate. Let cool completly before the serving.
