Mix the soup powders together.
Dip the chicken in the soup powders and place in an oven dish.
Sprinkle the remaining soup powder over the chicken.
Pour the ginger ale over the chicken and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celcius for one and a half hours turning the chicken after 45 minutes.
Fresh mushrooms can be added in the last half hour.
Serve with rice.
