1 jar Muir Glen Organic fat-free tomato-basil sauce
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 c shredded Italian blend cheese
Instructions
Combine 2 tbsp of parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, and basil in a shallow dish. Place egg white in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken tender in the egg white; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done. Set aside.
Combine pasta sauce, vinegar, and pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave sauce mixture on High for 2 minutes or until heated through. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining parmesan and Italian blend cheese.
Wrap handle of pan with aluminum foil; place under broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

Serve with angel hair pasta.
