     Browm Sugar Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking power
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cups milk
1/2 stick margarine melted
1 tsp vanilla
 
1/2 cup raisins or walnuts or dates
Instructions
mix first 4 ingredients then beat eggs and brown sugar; then add milk margarine,vanilla and raisins beat well add dry mixture ti this.
put in muffin cups bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes
