1) Spread out 1 can of crushed pineapple with juice in the bottom of a 9 x 13 in. pie.
2) dollop on 1 can of cherry pie filling on top of the pineapple.
3) Spread out 1 box of yellow cake mix on top of that.
4) Spread out the walnuts on top.
5) Melt 1 stick of butter and pour on top of mixture.
6) Bake for 45 min. to 1 hour.
