mix and form the pound of hamburger, 1/3 cup rice, 1/2 cup onion and 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp sage, 2 tblsp chopped parsley and egg; into small balls (10 to 12) and place into a casserole (pyrex glass)
1 can tomato soup and 1 can of water - pour over the meat balls
Bake and cover @ 375-400 degrees for 1 HR/15 min.
