     Tuna Wrap

Ingredients
3 oz. tuna (Albacore), unsalted, in water, drained
1 tsp. dressing, mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 pinch fresh lemon juice
1 low carb tortilla (10 in.) spinach flavored
2 green lettuce leaves
1 tsp. capers, drained
 

Instructions
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon. Layer lettuce leaves on top of wrap and add mixture down the center. Garnish with capers. Fold over on one side, roll up and serve.
I substituted Greek Yogurt for the mayo and spicy brown mustard for the dijon. Delicious!
