1 1/2 packets of Knorr veggie soup mix (or Lipton's)
3/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Instructions
Cook spinach over low-medium heat til thawed. Stir in the packets of veggie soup mix. Let cook for a few more minutes and then take off heat.
Stir in green onions and let cool for about a 1/2 hour to an hour. After cooled, stir in mayo and sour cream until well mixed. Chill in fridge before serving.

Suggestions
Serve with tortilla chips, sour dough, pumpernickel, or any bread of your choice.
