Place steak in glass dish and freeze for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, canola, sesame, ginger, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, cilantro, garlic, and green oinions in large bowl. Set aside 2 T. for peanut sauce.
Remove meat from freezer, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices across the grain. Add slices to marinating sauce, seal bag and turn over several times to coat. Marinate meat in frig for 1 hour or overnight.
Skewer sliced steak and weave green onioin sections in the center of each skewer. Place skewers on sheet pan, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to cook.Grill skewers for 5 minutes and turn once.
Peanut sauce- Combine 2 T. of marinating sauce with peanut butter and 1/2 c water in microwave bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute
