Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain
thoroughly.
Place broccoli in a 10x6 in baking dish.
In a separate bowl stir together soup and cheese - gradually add milk,
mayonnaise and egg,into stir until well blended.
Pour mixture over broccoli in baking dish.
Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle evenly over soup mixture.
Bake in 350 F oven for 45 minutes, until crumbs are lightly browned.
